Your Right to Deletion

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask Mandai Smoke Co.to delete the personal data we hold about you. This includes your name, contact details, order history, loyalty points, and any data we received from third-party logins (Google, Facebook).

How to Request Deletion

Email hello@mandaismokeco.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. In the email, include:

• The email address or phone number tied to your account
• If you signed up via Facebook or Google, please mention which
• Confirmation that you want all personal data deleted

What Happens Next

1. We confirm receipt within 7 working days.
2. We delete your account, contact record, order details, loyalty points, and any social-login linkage within 30 days.
3. We notify you by email when deletion is complete.

What We Keep

Singapore tax law requires us to retain certain financial records (invoices, payment receipts) for up to 5 years. After deletion, these records are stripped of identifying information where legally permitted and stored separately, accessible only for compliance audits.
