1. How do I place an order?

Just hit the Order Now button on our website, or reach out to us over WhatsApp at +65 8085 1405. We’ll take care of the rest.

2. What’s included in each portion, and how much can one feed?

We recommend our curated platters, or you can order meats and sides individually. Each platter comes with a suggested serving size (pax), clearly listed in the product description.

3. Can I order more for bigger gatherings?

Absolutely! Just adjust the quantity on the order page—or let us know if you’d prefer a custom pack. We’ll recommend the right number of portions based on your guest count.

4. How much is delivery?

Orders below $100 will have a $8 delivery fee. Delivery is free for orders above $100.

 

5. Can I pick up the food myself?

We operate on a delivery-only model to maintain freshness and quality, so self-collection isn’t available at this time.

 

6. Can I request a specific delivery time?

We deliver between 10.30am –11pm. If you have a strict time window, let us know at least 2 working days in advance, and we can make arrangements (delivery fees apply).

 

7. Why are slots limited daily?

Each day, our meats are smoked fresh over hours to achieve that perfect flavour. We keep portions limited to maintain consistency, and to ensure every bite lives up to the Mandai Smoke Co. promise.
